At Blissful touch Body + Reflexology, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize two things: 

1. The health and well-being of our valued clients and trusted partners. 

2. Also playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus. 

 

Through this lens, we will continue to make decisions with vigilance and courage informed by the latest science-based information and guided by Our Mission and Values.

Being that Blissful touch Body + Reflexology was founded upon the compassion to promote health and wellness through healing touch and the strong desire to care for others.

We would like to take this opportunity to personally reach out to you all and provide an update on the actions that Blissful touch Body + Reflexology is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus while we support the health and well-being of our clients, partners, team members and our communities.

Being a 100% Mobile Massage Service in major cities such as Los Angeles, CA, Orange County, CA, San Diego, CA,

Phoenix AZ, and Dallas and Houston Texas — these all being major cities that are also high travel areas. 

​

Over the last few weeks we have taken a series of precautionary steps in response to this developing public health impact, including increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all our equipment, supplies and extensive education for our team members and ancillary service providers. 

​

We appreciate your understanding that, as a client, your Blissful touch Experience may look different as we navigate through this time together. 

​

We have immediately enacted an increase in our new health + safety protocols ( but not limited to ):

• Primarily Helping with Prevention. We’ve partnered with major brands including EO, makers of Everyone, to distribute extra bottles of hand sanitizer and other cleaning supplies to our team members to have readily available before and after each massage reservation. 

•  

• We have always stocked our team member's reservation work bags with all of the essentials that are needed to maintain our health and sanitation standards at all times, however, due to the heightened and increased demand for sanitation products and supplies, we left nothing to chance to ensure our team is fully stocked.

While we are currently maintaining regular operations across the U.S. cities we serve, as a last resort, we will close down operations —  although this would devastate our business day-to-day operations and financially.

Our commitment to your health and well-being is invaluable -- and no amount of money will ever change that fact.

​

If we feel it is in the best interest of our clients and partners, or if we are directed to do so by government authorities.

In any such situation, we expect reservation disruption to be temporary.

​

We want to thank you for supporting us over the years. We have a long-standing history of caring for our team members and clients, recognizing they are the heartbeat of why we do what we do. 

​

That being said, as we navigate this dynamic situation, in addition to our sick leave benefits and mental health offerings, we are also enacting catastrophe pay so that team members do not need to feel like they need to choose between their health and work.

​
